How to apply
Apply from the vacancy list on the careers page — it takes about five minutes. Shortlisted candidates are contacted by phone or email, and some accounts include a short telephone or typing assessment.
Call centre job questions
Can I get a call centre job in Kathmandu without experience?
Yes — several accounts take freshers and provide training on the client’s systems. The vacancy listing states whether prior call centre experience is required.
Are there night shift call centre jobs?
Some accounts serve overseas customers and run evening or night shifts. Each vacancy listing states the shift pattern, so you know before you apply.
What is the salary for call centre jobs in Kathmandu?
Pay depends on the account, the shift and your experience, and is discussed at interview. Night-shift accounts typically pay a shift allowance — the listing confirms what applies to that role.
