  • Basic hygiene, food safety and grooming standards on shift
  • Stocking and organising service areas and storerooms
  • Working to the duty roster of the hotel or restaurant, including weekends and evenings

Who we look for

  • Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred for waiter and steward roles
  • Kitchen helper and dishwashing roles are often open to candidates starting out
  • Ability to stand for long shifts and work in a team at pace
  • Clear communication in Nepali; basic English helps for guest-facing roles

How to apply

Apply from the vacancy list on the careers page. Shortlisted candidates are contacted by phone or email to arrange an interview — bring your CV and any reference letters if you have them.
